What to expect when you agree to receive text messages from Excellent Caretakers.
Program
Excellent Caretakers scheduling and care messages. We send text messages to clients, family contacts, caregivers and job applicants who have agreed to receive them.
What we send
- Clients and family contacts: replies to your inquiry, consultation and appointment confirmations, caregiver arrival and substitution notices, schedule changes, and answers to your questions.
- Caregivers and applicants: shift confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, missed clock-in reminders, interview scheduling, and reminders about training and required documents.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your schedule and requests. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, call (626) 425-7007, or email services@excellentcaretakers.com.
- For emergencies, call 911. Text messages are not monitored around the clock.
Consent
Agreeing to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of receiving care or of employment, and you can change your mind at any time.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with any third parties for their own use. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
